PRECISION AND TECHNOLOGY MADE IN ITALY
Saccardo was founded in 1958 as a manufacturer of electric motors. In the following decades it developed the first prototypes of low-profile motors, the MB, AN, SC and SM series, which quickly established the company’s reputation as a leading manufacturer in the stone-working sector.
In parallel, Saccardo broadened its range by developing high-speed electrospindles, and today it is one of Italy’s leading manufacturers.
In 2018, the SBC series underwent a technical and aesthetic restyling, with the innovative design of the SBE housing and the patent for the Easyspin system. Both projects were developed using innovative materials and technical solutions that are entirely Made in Italy.
To support this growth, the new operational headquarters in Schio was built: a modern, efficient plant that brings together production departments, assembly areas, test rooms and a dedicated Research and Development laboratory.
Structure
An integrated facility, from design to dispatch
Production is organised mainly into four specialised departments: mechanical, electrical, assembly and testing.
A central warehouse gives each department rapid access to components and raw materials. The technical division works closely with production and with the testing department, while the R&D laboratory hosts prototype development, mechanical and electrical trials and dimensional checks.
Overall coordination is entrusted to a shared management centre that ensures constant communication, operational fluidity between departments and rapid decision-making.
