GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALES
SACCARDO’s supplies will be ruled exclusively by the present contract.
Any clause or condition whatsoever in conflict with the terms set forth hereunder, will be null and void and without any effect unless it has been previously agreed upon and accepted by SACCARDO.
The organization, the working methodologies and the applied verifications, allow the application of custom guarantee agreements. These agreements may extend the warranty terms compared to the European standard and / or custom solutions based on the individual needs of the single customer.
A Premium Warranty is exclusively reserved to partner customers and is agreed on the basis of the current commercial conditions and the existing level of loyalty.
